  • Request made within 14 days of purchase
  • No significant usage of the service has occurred

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom development or consulting services already delivered
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Services used beyond the trial or evaluation period
  • Subscription fees for periods already used

4. Refund Process

  • Provide your order number and reason for refund
  • Allow 5-7 business days for review
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Unused portions of subscription services
  • Services that were partially delivered
  • Pro-rated amounts based on usage

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your access to all services and may pursue legal action to recover costs.
